PSRC thinks inside out, outside in. From big picture to the smallest detail, quantitative to qualitative, in, out, up, down, through and through. We strategize and mine insights to help find inspiring, game-changing ways to build businesses, communities, and the country. We see sides to Filipinos that may have never been seen. We dig really deep to gain clarity.

Our job doesn’t end at the numbers. We piece data together to tell stories of Filipinos. Through our work we hope to incite action and change, one insight at a time.

So where do we find insights? We find them in the seat of memory and emotions, at the residence of the soul, the core of our being, our innate intelligence: The Heart.

PSRC was founded in 1974 by Mrs. Menchu Esteban, with just 12 employees, 1 client, and a big vision to bridge consumers and brands together.

We have to be on intimate terms with them, in tune with their needs, values, beliefs, behavior and aspirations.
